When you are building a Team, from the outset till end, what actually pains is ruining of good minds by mere and meaningless comparisons from others.
I found people so intelligent that I believe they would have done wonders, just if they would not have run behind certain goals as set by their surroundings which turns out to be fake and illusive. In this list many friends are adding day by day and I am helplessly looking at them, falling in abyss.
It does pain, it hurts, yes it hurts really.
